Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
We know better than most that some journeys are as unpredictable as the winds! While we always aim to accommodate your changing needs, due to limited availability, we’ve established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Period
   You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time.

2. Cancellation Fee
   Should you need to cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup, a cancellation fee of 25€ will apply.

3. How to Cancel
   To cancel your reservation, please reach out promptly via email at cretebustraveltours@gmail.com. Kindly include your reservation details, such as the date and type of tour, to swiftly process your request.

4. Refund Policy
   Please note that cancellations made less than 10 hours before the scheduled pickup are non-refundable. Any applicable cancellation fees will be charged to the payment method provided at booking.

5. No-Shows
   If you do not attend your scheduled reservation without prior cancellation (a “no-show”), the full reservation fee will be charged to your payment method.

6. Tour Cancellation due to Unforeseen Circumstances
   In the rare event we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather, you will receive a full refund. Alternatively, we will happily offer you an opportunity to reschedule or join another tour, with a partial refund if the alternative tour is priced lower.
